h2. Improvements to Localization of Commerce Manager

Numerous localization changes were made to SP2 - all ECF systems are localized and can be changed via resource files in App_GlobalResources. Change the key/value pairs of the Resx files to localize to another language. Localization improvements were made to the following ECF systems:

New, out-of-the-box shipping promotions were created:

h2. Upgraded Solr Search Provider

Solr support was first introduced in the initial releases of ECF G5.2. In SP2, Solr 3.5 is included and supported out of the box which includes vastly improved search performance, easier upgrade path to future versions of Solr, and customizable search schema. Fix: The weight column used to sort the results of the mdpsp_sys_LoadMetaFieldListByMetaClassId does nothing to enforce key fields being returned first, and the application expect SystemMetaField\[0\] to be a key column. If the result do not come back in the correct order, the application will fail.
